Insurance Law

One of the particular priorities of O&W is insurance law.

O&W are advising insurance companies when:

• insurance concepts are to be drawn up
• they give assistance in working out insurance conditions
• they are checking whether claims are covered and advise how claims can be averted

Among their clients are:

• transport insurers
• third party liability insurers
• hull underwriters
• and P& I Clubs

Reinsurance law with its particular problems is given special consideration. Also questions of D & O insurance are taking a considerable part in daily work.
O&W, however, is also supporting the clients of the insurance companies in enforcing their claims against the insurer.
