Attorney Dr. Tristan Wegner has been interviewed in the current issue of Furniture Manufacturing on the extent to which anti-dumping duties on certain Chinese glass increase the cost of furniture production.
The anti-dumping duties were actually imposed on solar glass from China, but this type of glass is also partly used in furniture because it is particularly clear.
In the interview, Dr Wegner explains why the view of Customs to impose anti-dumping duties on these glasses is problematic and how companies can best tackle it.
