The European Commission has recently updated its leaflet on the import of solar modules from China. The leaflet provides a clear breakdown of anti-dumping duties on solar modules and the current state of anti-dumping proceedings. In particular, the Commission has added information on how anti-dumping duties from China are currently being circumvented. In particular, exports from Taiwan and Malaysia are addressed.
