Moritz Brandenburger has been working for O&W Rechtsanwälte as an associate since 2020 and is admitted to the bar in Hamburg.
He studied law and political science in St. Gallen and Münster. He was also an assistant to the Chair for International Relations at the University of Münster.
For a longer period of time he was also a scholarship holder at the International Trade Centre of the World Trade Organization (WTO) and the United Nations in Geneva in the Market Analysis and Research Section. In this capacity, he has accompanied current negotiations on free trade agreements.
Prior to this, he worked in Brussels in a law firm specialising in WTO law and has worked in the field of economic administrative law and public procurement law as well as in relation to agricultural subsidies of the European Union.
Mr. Brandenburger assists our clients in particular in customs law, as well as in import and export matters. He also deals with foreign trade law and anti-dumping customs proceedings.
