A contract is a civil contract between two or more parties. There is no definition for the contract in German law. The contract is synonymous with the term “contract”.
The term”contract” is particularly common in the grain and animal feed trade. Here the contracts are often based on standard contracts, such as the standard conditions in grain trading.
