Provisional anti-dumping duty on solar glass from China

Since 28 November 2013 a provisional anti-dumping duty has been imposed on solar glass, currently classified under CN code ex 7007 19 80 (TARIC code 7007 19 80 10) and originating in the People’s Republic of China (Official Journal L 316 of 27 November 2013).

This provisional measure shall remain in force for a period of six months. If it is definitively established that dumping and injury resulting therefrom exist and the interests of the EU require intervention, the Council imposes a definitive anti-dumping duty.

We would be happy to advise you on the possibility of participating in this procedure and what further measures can be taken.
