Definitive anti-dumping measures for photovoltaic modules from China

Official Journal L325 of the European Union of 05.12.2013 publishes the imposition of a definitive anti-dumping duty and a definitive countervailing duty on certain photovoltaic modules and their key components originating in the People’s Republic of China.

The measures entered into force on 06.12.2013 and are valid until 07.12.2015.

A Commission Decision was published in the same Official Journal approving the undertaking offered by the exporting producers listed in the Annex to the Decision together with the Chinese Chamber of Commerce for the Import and Export of Machinery and Electronic Products (CCCME). This is an exception to the definitive anti-dumping measures.

We will be happy to advise you on what you could do about anti-dumping measures.
