This year, O&W Rechtsanwälte supports the University of Freiburg in participating in the Willem C. Vis Moot. Each year, the simulated court hearings deal with the processing and negotiation of a fictitious case from the International Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) and the negotiation according to the rules of an arbitration court.
The finals are traditionally held in Vienna and Hong Kong and the participants of the Moot Court compete against university teams from all over the world. After O&W had previously sponsored the Hamburg team, our support goes to Freiburg this year.
We wish the participants of the Vis-Moot-Team from Freiburg much success and good luck and much success for writs and negotiations!
